Pumping mechanism part

S pipe and stirring lubrication
A, it is important to maintain good lubrication of the mixing shaft and the size of the bearing seat. Good lubrication can greatly improve the service life of the parts (maintenance is very labor intensive). In summer, it is used"00" non-extreme pressure semi-fluid lithium grease type, in order to ensure its fluidity under low temperature conditions, please use "000" lithium grease in winter.
B, automatic lubrication mode, check the oil level in the lithium-based grease tank at all times, add oil in time and observe the working state of the grease distribution valve behind the hopper. Long-term overflow of the pointer indicates that the lubrication is a little blocked. Please remove the grease pipe immediately to prevent other lubrication points from being blocked together. After the work is completed, clean and dredge the oil circuit blocking the lubrication point immediately.
c. When filling grease, the filling container must be kept clean, and any stolen goods are strictly prohibited from entering the lubrication system.
Hopper section
A, after pumping is completed, the hopper should be cleaned up, there can be no accumulated material, otherwise it is easy to causeThe lower part of S tube is worn and even worn out and scrapped.
B, after each pumping, the hinge elbow must be opened, rightThe recess inside the S pipe shall be cleaned to prevent pipe blockage in the next use.
c. Check the gap between the cutting ring and the glasses plate every day to check whether the cutting ring is damaged. The cutting ring is on both sides of its movement direction dueThe concrete should be cut during the reciprocating movement of the S tube, which is easy to wear, but the knowledge of wear protects the wear-resistant layer of hard alloy surfacing. When it is found to be worn, please turn the cutting ring 90 ° in time. The service life of the cutting ring will be doubled.
D, the wear of the mixing blade will cause poor material absorption and increase the material accumulation at the bottom of the hopper. Please replace the mixing blade in time.
e. The transition part of the glasses plate and the conveying cylinder is equipped with a transition sleeve. Please check it frequently. If it is found that it is severely worn and its height is lower than the conveying cylinder, please replace the transition sleeve in time, otherwise it will affect the life of the conveying cylinder.
F, it is strictly forbidden to wrap the mixing motor. It is necessary to check the observation hole of the mixing motor seat every day to check whether there is oil leakage.
Reducer
a, reducer filling viscosity grade isSAE90 transmission oil, the amount of about 4 liters, every pumping 500 hours or half a year to replace.
B, without unscrewing off the ventilation cover, check and fill lubricating oil through the oil delivery joint and delivery pipe to prevent oil shortage.
C, every month to the rotating reducer in all gear surface grease lubrication.
