Distinguish between opening and closing systems and closed systems. In hydraulic systems, open and closed systems are distinguished according to the circulation of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system.

The working principle of the open system is that after the hydraulic oil is pressurized by the main oil pump, it drives the oil cylinder or motor through the reversing valve to run, and then flows into the hydraulic oil tank from the oil return pipe and the reversing valve. After mixing with the hydraulic oil in the oil tank, it enters the pump system.

In the closed system, the oil inlet pipe of the main oil pump is directly connected to the oil return pipe of the actuator. The hydraulic oil in the oil return pipe is not returned to the oil tank, but to the oil inlet pipe of the main pump, thus forming a closed circulation circuit.

New to Open Systems

Generally, an ordinary one-way quantitative pump is selected to realize the normal operation of the split system, and the reversing between the main cylinders is mainly completed by the reversing valve.

Therefore, the opening system is characterized by simple structure and good heat dissipation effect, but the amount of hydraulic oil is large, which also increases the maintenance cost. Reversing will produce impact force, which is fatal to the entire hydraulic system. It may also cause problems such as loosening of structural parts and fastening bolts.

Closing system

The closed system of the wet spray manipulator adopts a more complex two-way variable hydraulic pump, which changes the flow and direction of the hydraulic oil in the main oil circuit through the variable of the pump, so as to realize the variable speed commutation of the actuator and fully embody the advantages of hydraulic transmission. The closed system has a compact structure, less contact with air, and air is not easy to penetrate into the system, so the transmission is stable. The variable speed and reversing of the working mechanism are realized by adjusting the variable speed mechanism of the pump or motor to avoid the hydraulic shock and energy loss generated when the open system is reversed.

Through the analysis of the open system and the closed system, we can see that in addition to the relatively high price, the closed system has higher requirements for the pumping efficiency and pumping quality of concrete, which can obtain better ride comfort and lower recovery rate, and the consumption of hydraulic oil is also lower.

1. Check whether the oil quality, oil level and oil temperature are normal, check whether the oil pipe, joint and seal are damaged, and check whether the pressure gauge is dirty or blocked.

2. Replace the hydraulic oil and filter element hydraulic oil regularly without any pollution to prevent dust and other pollutants from entering the system; if the hydraulic oil is found to be emulsified or discolored, it should be replaced immediately! The high-voltage filter indicator is red, and the high-voltage filter should be replaced immediately. Before filling the hydraulic oil, be sure to confirm the brand and model of the hydraulic oil added by the original car. It is forbidden to add mixed oil, wrong oil or wrong oil.
