6. Check the screws of the wet spray manipulator and the connection of the electrical control cabinet.

When condensate blockage occurs during work, check the position of the accelerator line check valve and the blockage of the mixer nozzle, and clean the pipeline.

If serious oil leakage is found on the skirt of the hopper, the hopper tight ring should be replaced in time.

Weekly maintenance of 2..

1. Remove the check valve and the accelerator line (including check valve, mixer, etc.) on the pump head of the metering pump.

2. Observe whether the hopper ring is worn. If necessary, replace it in time.

3. Check the wear of the steel liner, and turn it over or replace it when the wear reaches about 5mm.

3. month maintenance

1. Disassemble the piston and check the lip wear of the piston. If it is serious, replace it.

2. Thoroughly clean the cylinder liner and check the surface wear of the cylinder liner. If the chrome plating layer falls off in a large area, it needs to be replaced.

3. Check the condition of the piston rod sealing ring and replace it if it is damaged.

4. Check the damage of the lower skirt of the hopper, repair welding or replacement after wear.

5. Check the condition of the vibration motor bearing and add high-speed grease.

Open the cam oil drain plug and check the cleanliness of the lubricating oil in the cam cavity by oil drain. If the lubricating oil is turbid or cement mortar is found, the lubricating oil should be discharged immediately. Open the cam installation hatch cover and check and judge the cause of the mortar in the cam cavity.

7. Open the cam installation hatch, check the roller surface and its movement condition one by one, and replace it in time if it is damaged; check the piston rod sealing ring, replace it immediately if it is damaged; at the same time, check the gap between the piston rod key and the guide sleeve by rotating the piston rod. If the rotation angle reaches 5 degrees, it means that the gap between the piston rod key is too large due to serious wear, and it needs to be replaced in time.

8. Check the wear of the cam track, and replace the cam when the depth of the wear groove reaches 2mm.

9. After the 6-8 item inspection is completed, clean the inner cavity of the cam seat with diesel oil and replace it with clean lubricating oil.

Half-year maintenance of 4. wet spray manipulator

1. Remove the rotor body, inspect the keyway of the guide sleeve, replace it if necessary, and add grease to the plane bearing (8144).

2. Clean the pump head of the metering pump and check the sealing ring of the pump head. If it is damaged, replace the sealing ring!

After using the new equipment for one month, the lubricating oil (30# engine oil) in the reduction gearbox should be replaced. When replacing, clean it with diesel oil first, and then replace it with clean lubricating oil. After that, clean and replace it every 1000 hours or half a year.

4. Clean the metering pump and replace the metering pump lubricating oil.
