1. Construction preparation
According to the regulations of construction technical regulations, relevant measures shall be taken: erect steel pipe scaffold, lay bamboo feet under it, hang protective net on it, or hang the cable from the mountain and fix it with straps. The erection of scaffolding shall be carried out in accordance with the construction regulations, and workers must wear work caps and necessary labor protection articles *
2. Working face cleaning
Clean up the sundries and loose stones on the working surface, trim the corners of the slope and the corners at the top of the slope into circular arcs, and try to make the working surface as flat as possible so as to facilitate spraying and improve the greening effect of the working area. Before construction, it should be ensured that the unevenness of the working face surface is about 10cm to no more than 15cm. In low-lying areas, it is appropriate to tamp and backfill with overburden or fill with plant bags until the inverted slope section completely disappears. Under conditional conditions, a horizontal ditch can be set on the working face along the horizontal direction to improve the roughness of the working face and enhance the adhesion between the soil and the working face. In the case of unstable rock mass, prestressed anchor cable shall be adopted for reinforcement.
3. Construction of intercepting and drainage ditches
The layout of the drainage system of the working face has a great influence on the plant growth status of the working face. For long and large slopes, there must be drainage ditches at the top of the slope, the foot of the slope, and the platform. At the same time, according to the size of the construction surface water flow, the design of the slope drainage ditch is studied.
4. Laying net and nailing net
Use high galvanized prismatic steel wire mesh or high-strength plastic to reinforce the geogrid. Arrange anchor rods and bolts in a quincunx pattern at 1x 1 m intervals on the rock with a pneumatic or electric drill. Bolt length is 90~100cm. Anchor about 15~40cm. In the construction of hanging nets, from top to bottom, two adjacent barbed wire nets (geotextile nets) shall be wound and fixed with steel bars. The junction point of the two nets must overlap by more than 10cm, and there shall be no less than 5 screws per square m. There is a certain gap between the mesh and the working surface, and it is uniform. On the steep rock surface, the mesh can be wound with straw rope at a certain distance to enhance the bonding force and ensure the thickness of the guest soil. The hanging mesh can keep the guest soil layer intact on the rock layer for a long time.
5. Slope greening spraying machine spraying
Before spraying, wet the slope surface with water, then mix peat, humus, grass fiber, slow-release nutrient fertilizer and other mixed materials, stir evenly with special machinery, and then spray on 2~8cm barbed wire. Since the loss of matrix water will lead to insufficient matrix thickness, it is usually necessary to reach 125% of the spray layer thickness.
6. Spray the seeds of plants
According to the soil quality, rock properties, local climate, construction season and growth characteristics of different plants in the construction site, different types of plants are selected, and local tree species are added under local similar terrain conditions, so that they will gradually merge with natural vegetation in the next few years without signs of artificial damage. Trees and shrubs are soaked in warm water at 80 ℃ for 1-2 hours, and soaked in dipping solution for 1-2 hours.
After the seeds are mixed with fibers, adhesives, water retaining agents, compound fertilizers, slow-release fertilizers, microbial fertilizers, etc. by a spraying machine, they are evenly sprayed on the work surface by a spraying pump.
7. Slope surface coverage
In rainy conditions, ensure that the plant will not be washed by rain before germination; in severe cold, the seeds and seedlings of the plant will not be damaged; and during normal construction, keep warm and moisturized. Requires the use of non-woven fabric (or grass curtain), and carefully covered to prevent the early non-woven fabric is blown away by the wind, its role is to prevent the formation of the working surface is washed by rain; the second is to improve the temperature and humidity of the plant, is conducive to the growth of the plant.
