Working Principle of Wet Spray Vehicle in 1. Tunnel
The wet spraying machine is to mix the cement, water and aggregate according to the specified ratio, press it into the nozzle by the wet spraying machine, and then add the accelerator on the nozzle, mix with the wind and spray.
2. mixing ratio of wet spraying machine mixture
The proportioning principle of concrete is: the quality of concrete per cubic meter is 2350kg (according to the process requirements, the actual production is 1650kg, sand, stone, water and cement are 350kg). The ratio of cement, gravel and sand in concrete is 1:1.5: 2.25 by mass, and the water cement ratio is 0.44 (the amount of water in concrete is 200kg). When the aggregate is sieved, the large particle size shall not be greater than 8~10mm to prevent clogging.
Addition of auxiliary materials for 3. wet spraying machine
Add hydration control agents, water reducing agents, accelerators, etc. into the concrete to ensure its performance.
1, water reducing agent: the role of water reducing agent is to reduce the cement water cement ratio (reduce water content), so that the concrete has good fluidity and pumping. Its addition is usually 1% (5kg per 1650kg of mixture on site);
Hydration control agent: used to prevent cement from hydrating (hardening) in advance, to ensure that it will not harden and can be sprayed out in the case of long-term storage. It is usually added in an amount of 0.3-0.7%(3kg on site per 1650kg of mixture);
3, fast coagulant: to ensure that the spouted concrete quickly set the effect, to ensure that the initial setting time and reduce the rebound speed. The addition amount is usually 4% ~ 6% of the cement weight (2 cubic meters of conveying tank, 26 kg on site, the upper injection retarder needs to be added);
4. Addition sequence of auxiliary materials: add water reducing agent and hydration control agent to concrete, and add accelerator to nozzle of spray gun.
Problems needing attention in the use of 4. shotcrete machine
1. The angle between the spray gun head and the contact surface of the rock mass must be kept vertical (90 degrees) to ensure less rebound;
2. The distance between the spray gun and the rock should be 1~1.5 meters, not more than 1.5 meters, but 1 meter to reduce springback;
3, the dosage of alkali-free accelerator should be controlled within the allowable range of 4 ~ 6%, excessive or reduced will have an impact on the rebound rate;
4. In order to reduce the rebound, it is necessary to purge with high-pressure air before spraying, and spray water on the rock surface to ensure that the sprayed concrete and the rock surface form an effective combination;
5. For dry tunnels, the tunnel wet spray truck should be sprayed with water after spraying. If the bottom of the well is wet, it should be allowed to be naturally maintained.
