How to debug the hydraulic system of wet spraying machine
When the pressure reducing valve of the wet spraying machine cannot work normally, after the main motor starts to work, the device starts to enter the water pump, the device cannot work, and the pressure of the hydraulic gauge is 0.
Common problems and measures:
① When the remote control of the device is turned on, the pump stop and pump start switches on the control panel will fail. Open the control panel, the safety valve will not be energized, and the power supply on the safety valve will not light up, making the device unable to work. Turn off the remote switch.
After the safety valve is energized, the current indicator on the safety valve will light up.
③ Safety valve head valve card issuer, when the device is powered off, use XX type Allen wrench to hold the valve core center hole of the safety valve, push it to the valve head, feel the up and down swing of the spring, push it repeatedly until it is restarted. (Push hard with a wrench, but do not feel the vibration of the spring. This is because the valve core is completely stuck and must be disassembled and cleaned)
④ Relief valve body into the slag, so that the valve body can not work properly, remove the safety valve, remove the valve body, the valve body and valve core all clean, and then reinstall. (If it will not be dismantled, it can be sent to the factory or a safety valve can be reinstalled.)
2. Continuous valve, continuous valve control valve body. (Sequence valve is used to adjust the energy reserve of the small shaking oil cylinder of the device. Use 13 hole wrench to open the back nut on the head of the regulating valve. Use No. 4 Allen wrench to rotate the valve core clockwise and the valve core counterclockwise to adjust the pressure and adjust the pressure. Wait until the equipment starts to work, the equipment is opened and the pressure is adjusted. One person looks at the height of the accumulator oil pressure gauge, the second person slowly adjusts the valve core until the pressure allowed by the factory is reached. For the specific value, you can go to the manufacturer and tighten the nut.)
Note: according to the wet spraying machine sequence valve adjustment pressure, should be less than the pressure reducing valve adjustment, so that the device can work properly.

When the sequence valve cannot work, after the main motor starts to work, the equipment starts to enter the water pump. At this time, the pressure of the accumulator will be very low, and the mechanical shaking hydraulic cylinder will be very weak. At this time, the adjustment sequence valve The pressure does not change, indicating that the spool of the continuous valve is worn, so a new sequence valve must be replaced.
3. Pressure reducing valve, pressure regulator. (The pressure reducing valve is used to adjust the large energy storage pressure of the hydraulic system. Use xx wrench to loosen the adjusting handle, and tighten the nut on the adjusting handle. Turn the handle clockwise to adjust the pressure, and turn the handle counterclockwise to reduce the pressure. Adjust the pressure when the equipment starts to work. When the equipment is turned on, press and hold the pressure test switch (both left and right cylinders can be used) to observe the pressure on the accumulator oil pressure gauge, slowly adjust the handle until it reaches the allowable pressure range at the factory. Consult the manufacturer for the specific pressure before tightening the nut.)
Note: The pressure of the pressure reducing valve adjustment should be greater than the pressure of the continuous valve adjustment.
4. The reversing valve of the main, main, auxiliary, left, right, right, and large hydraulic cylinders, two steering pilot valves, two steering pilot valves, and two steering pilot valves.
