The polygonal mixing tank is equipped with a return pipe. The upper pipe is to flush the dry fibers floating on the water surface into the water, and the lower pipe is to ensure the full suspension of the mixed liquid during spraying. The mechanical stirring is controlled by an independent clutch, and the stirring force is adjusted by stepless speed change of 0~120 revolutions per minute.
The spraying pump is a diesel engine as the power source and consists of a high-pressure slurry pump and a control pipeline. Usually a pump and diesel engine direct drive sprayer, the control pipeline for the two-in, two-out or two-in three-out, through the manual ball valve and pressure limiting valve control. Equipped with starter, generator, drive clutch, etc. By adjusting the rotation speed of the pump within a certain range, the pressure and flow of the pump are realized. It is automatically unloaded through the pressure limiting valve of the return pipe during the spraying working gap, so that the pumped slurry flows back into the tank through the bypass pipe, and the suction bypass sucks clean water into the tank. The backflow intensity naturally decreases during the spraying process, and in the spraying gap, the backflow pipe plays a bypass role.
4. Sprayer equipment is generally equipped with more than two kinds of spray heads, that is, direct-current spray heads are used for long-range operations and duckbill spray heads are used for medium-range operations. In the case of close distance, fan-shaped spray guns are used. The sprinkler is also equipped with fire sprinklers and atomizing nozzles for spraying insecticides and sprinkling operations. The frame sprayer is lifted by a movable frame or directly mounted on the truck, or a movable trailer bracket. The structural design of the seeder should be considered from two aspects of user use and performance, as well as the scope of action of the seeder to adapt to the local highway slope seeding operation.

The dry spraying machine is an earlier spraying equipment. Each step requires manual operation, with low efficiency, many operators, many parts and auxiliary equipment, and heavy workload.
