The SRZY30A single-arm tunneling and rock‑drilling rig series is a brand‑new, intelligent, high‑end rock‑drilling machine independently developed and manufactured by our company. This product line is specifically designed for drilling operations in mining, highway and high-speed railway projects, hydropower and water‑conservation works, as well as defense‑related tunnel construction. Its electrical system incorporates imported components and features an IP67‑rated controller that provides comprehensive protection against overcurrent, overload, phase loss, and overheating, delivering enhanced energy efficiency and superior safety.

Equipped with hydraulic couplers from world‑class manufacturers, the system ensures reliable operation and superior performance. Featuring four‑wheel drive, an articulated frame, a fixed front axle and a pivoting rear axle, it maximizes tire contact on rough terrain, offering excellent road adaptability, rapid relocation, and strong climbing capability. The hydrostatic transmission provides two forward and two reverse gears, delivering high reliability and easy operation; it enables quick, automatic switching between two operating modes—high torque for uphill climbing and optimal efficiency for level‑ground travel.

Equipped with a world‑brand hydraulic rock drill and featuring a dual‑buffer system, it reduces consumable wear by 30% compared to a single‑buffer design. Its high‑frequency, high‑pressure impact mechanism delivers greater explosive power, making it particularly well suited for mining and quarrying operations involving hard rock. It offers high operational efficiency, strong impact force, and substantial rotary torque, enabling rapid drilling and boosting overall equipment productivity. Constructed from imported alloy materials, it boasts superior lubrication of moving parts, with ample air‑oil mist lubrication, and incorporates an oil‑gas seal at the end face.

A retractable-roof cab meets the dual spatial requirements of transportation and construction; it also complies with FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) standards, ensuring operator safety. Equipped with four heavy-duty hydraulic outriggers and a front‑and‑rear H‑shaped support configuration, the machine delivers exceptional ground clearance while maintaining rock‑drilling stability that keeps its base as solid as a rock.
