The SRZY200A dual-arm tunneling and rock‑drilling rig is a brand‑new, intelligent, high‑end rock‑drilling machine independently developed and manufactured by our company. Specifically designed for highway, high-speed rail, and hydraulic engineering projects, it thoroughly addresses the limited cross‑section adaptability of conventional drilling rigs, achieving “multi‑purpose functionality” in a single machine. It accommodates all construction conditions, enabling high‑reach drilling above, deep drilling below, long‑range forward drilling, and wide‑span lateral drilling, while adapting to various excavation stages—micro‑steps, two‑step, three‑step, three‑step with core‑soil retention, and invert arches. For full‑section tunneling operations, using two units in tandem delivers excellent results. Its dual‑rotary reducer‑equipped boom provides superior control and enhanced performance during anchor‑bolt installation. The electrical system incorporates imported components and features an IP67‑rated controller with comprehensive protection functions—including overcurrent, overload, phase‑loss, and overheating safeguards—ensuring greater energy efficiency and enhanced safety.
