Full‑range operation: The machine can perform arch‑erection work using the three‑stage bench method for tunnel excavation—full face, two‑bench, and three‑bench—thanks to its unique foldable and telescopic boom design, which enables the arch‑erection unit to extend into the interior of the three‑bench configuration for arch installation.

High efficiency: Multiple arch supports can be transported into the tunnel on the machine and installed in a single operation. During three‑stage construction, the main boom handles the three stages, while the two auxiliary booms simultaneously install the arch supports for the middle stage. It takes only one hour to complete the installation of two arch supports—one for the three‑stage section and one for the middle stage—far surpassing the efficiency of manual methods and existing arch‑support machines on the market.

High safety: The equipment features wireless remote control, allowing operators to work beneath the initial spray face, thereby enhancing operator safety.

Intelligentization: The entire machine employs a digital system design based on industrial controllers and sensor technology, along with a user-friendly human–machine interface, delivering superior control performance and enabling real-time monitoring of system operating status.
