This series of products are specially developed and designed for rock drilling in mining, high-speed, high-speed, water conservancy and hydropower, and national defense tunnel construction. The electrical system adopts imported brands and IP67 level controller to control the output. Wet spraying machine series
Wet spraying machine is widely used in hydropower tunnel, underground plant, subway engineering, railway tunnel, military underground engineering and highway engineering and other construction fields. Compared with dry spraying, wet spraying technology has the advantages of high production efficiency, low resilience and guaranteed engineering quality, creating a new model of green environmental protection construction.


Mixed mud pump series
Concrete pumps are used for conveying and pouring work in concrete construction. The special concrete pump for tunnel produced by Saner Heavy Industry is specially designed to adapt to the characteristics of the construction of the second lining of the tunnel. It is equipped with a special pipeline, which can continuously complete horizontal and vertical transportation of concrete along the pipeline. It is an ideal equipment for existing concrete transportation.
Guest soil spraying machine series
The soil spraying machine is a professional equipment applied to greening. Through this equipment, the planting soil is mixed with water in a mixing container to form a mixed slurry, and it is sprayed on the slope to be sown by pipeline and wind compression.
The guest soil spraying machine is used in greening projects such as high-speed public (railway) road slope greening, mountain surface greening, landfill without soil coverage, mine greening desert treatment, river embankment protection, large-scale green space reconstruction and so on.


Filling pump
It is widely used in coal mine filling mining, tailings filling of metal mines and non-metallic mines, high concentration discharge of tailings, sewage treatment and solid waste treatment in metallurgical and petrochemical industries, providing safe and reliable long-distance transportation system for high-solid and viscous materials with complex components. With the help of the mature modular design library of Saner Heavy Industry, rapid matching design can be carried out according to the requirements of on-site conditions. The working part of the power unit and the pump body are independent components, and the site layout is more flexible; the intelligent expert diagnosis system allows you to use it without worry.
Mortar spraying pump series
The series of mortar spraying pumps independently developed by Saner Heavy Industry adopts a new generation of S-pipe valves to reverse direction, and is equipped with floating wear-resistant rings to automatically compensate for wear. The outlet pressure is high, which can meet the high-level transportation, and has the anti-pump function to minimize pipeline blockage.
The hydraulic system adopts air cooling to reduce water pollution and is equipped with an automatic lubrication system to effectively extend the service life of rotating parts.
