He successively inspected the assembly section, blanking and welding section and machining section of Saner.

 

After that, he came to the Saner conference room for a discussion. Nie Weisheng, chairman of Saner, reported in detail the company's operating conditions, his own mental journey, and Saner's grand plan for the next five years.

Director Liang fully affirmed the brilliant achievements made by Saner in recent years. As a construction machinery manufacturing enterprise, Saner heavy Industry has achieved reverse growth under the background of great downward pressure on the overall market, and its annual growth rate has been maintained at more than 20%, which is not easy. Enterprises like Saner have good growth and broad development prospects. The economic development zone and the municipal government must focus on cultivation and support to really solve difficult and painful problems for enterprises, including the urgent need to solve the three ear plant construction land problem, we can explore new ideas, let the bank intervene in advance, reduce the problem of large investment in the early stage of enterprises. For large orders from enterprises, the government level can support them and endorse them for enterprises.

Director Liang hopes that Saner will follow the path of technological, intelligent and innovative manufacturing enterprise development. From the research and development investment, marketing, intelligent management and other aspects to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Focus on intelligent, automated, lightweight these base points, reduce cost efficiency.

Director Liang suggested that Saner should increase its investment in research and development expenses as appropriate, and increase the proportion of research and development expenses in the total output value, which can now be increased to 4%-5%. Establish some intelligent stations in the production workshop, strengthen intelligent management, enterprises go out to see more, learn from other people's advanced experience, seek breakthroughs in the direction of new energy, and look for new markets and new performance growth points to internationalization.
